But the rules vary a lot (some beaches are off-leash only in the off-season, or only before 8 AM in summer), and a wrong guess can mean a ticket. Seasonal off-leash: all day under voice control from the day after Labor Day through June 15; in summer, off-leash only dawn–8 AM, then on-leash (≤ 6 ft). Dogs must wear a license.

Fully fenced, 2.3 acres, open around the clock. Grass shaded by mature trees, drinking fountain and picnic tables — a lively sunset crowd.

5 open acres of off-leash lawn — not fully enclosed, so solid recall is recommended. A local favorite for fetch; closed outside posted hours for turf recovery.
