The Best Dog Parks & Beaches in San Diego

San Diego is one of the best dog towns in the country — from 24/7 leash-free beaches to fully fenced city parks. But the rules vary a lot (some beaches are off-leash only in the off-season, or only before 8 AM in summer), and a wrong guess can mean a ticket. Here are the spots worth the trip, with the rules that actually apply.
