Paul Ruster Bark Park
A large fenced bark park on the east side inside wooded Paul Ruster Park, divided into two sections so big and small dogs have their own space, with hiking trails and a fishing pond nearby.
Requires an Indy Parks Pooch Pass ($75/$55/$40 annual, $5 daily, $125 VIP); buy it at the Indianapolis World Sports Park office, 1313 S Post Rd.
Bring Rabies, Parvo, Distemper and Bordetella records; you receive a dog tag and gate-access card.
The on-site pond is for fishing, not dog swimming; it’s a quieter, wooded park, and on-site water is off in winter.
