Waterman Street Dog Park
A fully fenced, donor-supported 2.5-acre park on Providence's East Side with a double-gated entry, a separate small-dog area, and walking paths. One of the city's official off-leash dog parks — free to use but community-funded.
Dogs need current rabies tags and ID collars; no dogs in heat or puppies under ~4 months, and a 3-dog-per-handler cap.
Donor-supported, not city-maintained day to day — bring your own waste bags and water in case stations run low.
New England winters get icy and muddy here; paths can be slick and the lot unplowed after storms.
