East Providence's first municipal dog park, approved in 2020 on land near Hunts Mills. A 6-foot-fenced off-leash area open only to East Providence residents and their permitted dogs.
Residents-only: get a free dog-park permit from the City Clerk’s Office when you license your dog; non-residents are not eligible.
Dogs must be spayed/neutered and at least 6 months old; small-dog limit 30 lbs, up to 5 dogs per handler (handler 15+).
No on-site water or lighting — bring water; dawn-to-dusk only, and winter footing on the dirt/grass surface gets icy.
