Winter-only and unfenced; off-leash excludes the Boise River Greenbelt paths, parking lots, roads and playgrounds — voice control required.
Pond water levels are lowered in winter, so use caution near water features.
Cold, often muddy winter conditions; the rest of the year the park is on-leash (use the Dog Island for year-round off-leash).
