The Barklands at Beckley Creek Park
The first off-leash dog park within The Parklands of Floyds Fork, next to the Egg Lawn in Beckley Creek Park. It is divided into three one-acre zones (large dogs, small dogs, and a 'resting' zone) that rotate to protect the turf.
Members-only: open to Louisville Dog Run Association members (membership ~$50/yr first dog), whose dues support upkeep.
Fenced and zoned by dog size; water fountains are turned off in winter, and the resting zone rotates, so check which areas are open.
No creek/Floyds Fork dog swimming — dogs elsewhere in the Parklands must be leashed; KY summer heat/humidity is intense, so bring water.
