Good to know
- Separate large-dog and small-dog runs, both fenced with benches, trees and waste receptacles.
- Dogs must be leashed everywhere in the park except inside the runs — off-leash elsewhere draws a warning, then a $250 fine on the second offense.
- Desert-heat safety: bring your own water, use the shaded sections, and avoid midday summer heat when ground temps can burn paws.
