Parking & access
Metropark lots (vehicle entry pass required).
Good to know
A Metroparks vehicle pass is required to enter the park: $10 daily or an annual pass — not free, even though the dog area itself has no separate fee.
No dog swim here — dogs are barred from both Baypoint and Eastwood beaches and must be leashed everywhere outside the dog area.
Open year-round; the aggregate/concrete surface drains better than turf, but it still sees full Michigan winter conditions.
